KDPScout does not offer refunds on Pro subscriptions — including partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
A full-featured free plan is available so that you can thoroughly evaluate KDPScout — its book picks, marketplace data, tracker, and competitor analysis — before paying anything. By subscribing to Pro, you acknowledge that you have tested the free version and are satisfied with the product.
If you are unsure whether Pro is right for you, please continue using the free plan for as long as you need.
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time:
Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free plan. You will not be charged again.
If you believe there is a billing error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled — please contact us at support@kdpscout.com and we will review and resolve it.
